We are sorry that you can't buy Chanel online from us anymore. At the behest of Luxottica UK (who make them under licence from Chanel), we have to point out that you can browse the selection here, but if you want to buy them then you have to make the trip into our practice to get them, which sort of defeats the whole point of online ordering. We wouldn't mind so much if it was a level playing field, but it turns out that if you're, say, Harvey Nicks for example, you are allowed to sell them online. So as usual it's always us little guys who get shafted. We especially apologise to our customers in Scotland and Ireland. We know that licensed dealers are a bit thin on the ground and many of our Chanel sales are from you guys. If you give us a ring though, we should be able to help you track down a local-ish dealer. |
