James Bryan Opticians Eyeballs Online Orders - Returns
Returns in the UK
If you wish to return your spectacles or sunglasses please contact us using the form below. We will send you a returns form to fill out and a tracked returns label to send the goods back. Print out the label, stick it on the box and just pop it in to your nearest post office. They are insured for a maximum of £50 so if they cost more than that you may wish to take out additional insurance.
Returns (rest of the world)
Please contact us using the form below and we shall send you a returns form to fill out. You will need to organise and pay for shipping and insurance to get them back to us.
For returns within 14 days
You will be given a full refund or replacement when the sunglasses arrive safely back to us, providing they are in a new, unworn condition and complete with all the original box, case, cloth and guarantee card (where applicable).
For returns outside 14 days
Returns are only accepted for goods that are faulty when returned outside the 14 day period. We shall repair any parts that are deemed to be faulty provided the sunglasses or spectacles are within their warranty period, which is never less than 12 months.
Scratched or damaged lenses are not covered by any warranty. Occasionally polarised lenses will delaminate, in which case they shall be replaced.
Where spectacles have been damaged we shall contact you with a quote for the replacement parts and not proceed with the repair until it has been authorised and paid for.
As prescription sunglasses and spectacles are a tailor-made, bespoke item, they cannot normally be returned and refunded. In some circumstances we may be able to take back the frame and provide a refund for that component. In any event it is best to contact us first to see what we can do.
